Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LENGKAP). Perpres 54/2010 ini terdiri atas: Perpres 54 tahun 2010: berisi 136 Pasal dan 19 BAB, ditandatangani di Bogor pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2010, mulai berlaku sejak 1 Januari 2011.  Penjelasan Perpres 54 tahun 2010: berisi penjelasan dari pasal per pasal.  Lampiran II : Tata Cara Pemilihan Penyedia Barang (Baca: pengadaan barang).  Lampiran III : Tata Cara Pemilihan Penyedia Pekerjaan Konstruksi (baca: Pemborongan).  Lampiran IV-A : Tata Cara Pemilihan Penyedia Jasa Konsultansi Berbentuk Badan Usaha.  Lampiran IV-B : Tata Cara Pemilihan Penyedia Jasa Konsultansi Berbentuk Perorangan.  Lampiran V : Tata Cara Pemilihan Penyedia Jasa Lainnya. Asian Development Bank (ADB)

	Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and Its Borrowers, April 2010. This publication defines the policies and procedures of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for selecting, contracting, and monitoring consultants required for loan and technical assistance (TA) projects financed in whole or in part by loans from ADB, grants by ADB, or funds administered by ADB. 	Consulting Services Operation Manual (CSOM), Asian Development Bank, 2008. This Manual sets out the policies, practices, and procedures for recruiting and using consultants by ADB and its borrowers, covering the range of activities for which consultants are recruited, the different types of consultants and when their services are used, the range of differing consultant selection methods, and the procedures for the administration of consulting services by both ADB and its client borrowers. The CSOM supports the information contained in the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers and the project administration instructions on recruiting and using consulting services. In cases of uncertainty or ambiguity, users should consult the Guidelines as the official and primary source of reference on recruiting consultants under ADB-financed projects.	Download

• Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)
• Quality-Based Selection (QBS)
• Direct Selection
